ACC Specialist Cover Assessment Booking

This page is for Lead Providers to book assessments. If you do not have a Lead Provider, please contact an ACC provider here.

The assessment is approximately 3 hours (depending on breaks required). If multiple shorter sessions are preferable, please let me know.

If your client is 18 years and older, please complete the TSI-2 (please make contact if you would like a link for the TSI to be completed online), and email them to Casey@SwitchPsychology.co.nz prior to the assessment. If your client is 17 years and younger, we will discuss relevant psychometrics.
